The exterior walls of the model homes are done in latex wall paint finish. Its interiors are done in plain plaster finish and painted in semi-gloss. The ground floor is installed with vitrified ceramic tiles on the floor. The second floor is installed with 2mm x 300mm x 300mm Apo Vinyl tiles on concrete slab floor base. The stair tread which lies on a concrete slab base is made of 2” x 12” S4S Tanguile wood, which is stained finish. The hand rail is made of kiln dried solid Tanguile wood, which is anchored on balusters made of steel. All the bathrooms are installed with ceramic tiles on its walls and floor. The kitchen countertop is made of ¾” thick Jet Black granite, and the modular cabinetry works are made of ribbon grain plywood. Finishing of the closets are in semi-duco paint for all the exposed sides and edges, while semi-gloss paint for its interiors. Its doors are made of ¾” thick plyboard. Ceiling is standard for all areas. It is made of ¼” thick Hardiflex on 2” x 2” rough Tanguile wood ceiling joist, painted finish. The front and service doors are made of 1 ¾” thick Tanguile panel type doors with 1” x 3” door casing. All interior doors are made of ¼” thick marine plywood flush type doors. All bathroom fixtures and fittings are provided by HCG. |
